Salaries Commission conveyed in my

predecessor's telegram of the 25th of

March, 1930, is sufficient authority for

promoting a Cadet Officer of Class II to

Class I if at some future date it is

decided to fill kham from non-cadet

any

sources appointments at present treated

as a Class I cadet posts. This question

will have to be decided in the light of

the conditions then prevailing.
